JennAir JOECC730R V2 Combo Oven

The JOECC730R is a 30-inch RISE combo wall oven using V2 vertical dual-fan convection, and the same base model also appears as the JOECC730RL and JOECC730RM. In most kitchens it is built into a full-height cabinet with a warming drawer or storage beneath it.
With two fans in each convection system, the airflow can go out of balance when only one slows down. People notice that as one side of a tray cooking faster, or a pan of cookies baking unevenly in a way that never used to happen.
We run the fans individually, compare the sensor to our thermometer, and look over the hinges and gasket. A written estimate comes first, and a 30-day workmanship warranty covers the finished work.
V2 uses two vertical fans, so a repair visit includes checking both motors. We spin each separately to catch a weak one that may still sound normal at a glance.
Yes. A door that does not seal on one side lets heat escape, and the food nearest that edge cooks slower. We measure the gap and replace worn hinges before blaming the fans.
No. We first test the connectors and look for heat damage. A slow display is more often a loose connector or an overheated board section than a total control failure.
