The JXI5036WS is a 36-inch Glass Collection island-mount canopy hood, made to hang over a cooktop or rangetop placed in an island. The glass canopy makes it a visible piece of the kitchen, so noise and failed lights draw attention fast.
Greasy air reaches the canopy from every side, so filters and the blower wheel are the first things to coat. The lighting also needs a look, since heat gathers beneath the canopy and ages sockets and lamps.
