We service JennAir built-in refrigeration, ranges, ovens and cooktops in Woodloch, a few minutes off I-45. Ask for a visit on our site or by phone, then take the time block that fits your day.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
The town incorporated in 1974 and fits inside a tenth of a square mile. Its roads are the two Woodloch Streets, north and south, plus Needham Road out to Highway 242.
With so few streets, finding the house is quick. Tell us where the truck can stand, since these are short streets, and whether you are on the north or south side.
The river along Woodloch's eastern edge makes water around the house the main worry. Any washer, dryer or water heater that sat in floodwater deserves an inspection, even one that appears to work.
The same goes for a wine column, dishwasher or ice maker whose lower panel sat in water. Moisture hides in boards and motors long after the surface dries, so we test before you rely on it.
In 2017 Lake Conroe discharged a record 79,000 cubic feet per second during Harvey, the San Jacinto overflowed, and every Woodloch house took on three to eight feet of water. The whole town had to evacuate.
Today's rebuilt kitchens carry newer built-ins, yet a refrigerator or oven set low to the floor is still the first thing a rising river would touch. We suggest raised bases for any new JennAir installation near the river.
Rebuilt houses usually hold newer appliances than the neighborhood's age implies. Putting laundry on pedestals is a sensible precaution this close to the river.
A JennAir column or undercounter unit follows the same logic: set it level on a raised plinth and keep its outlet well above the floor. We check leveling and grounding at each visit.
Woodloch is minutes from I-45 by way of Highway 242 and Needham Road. With three streets in town, spotting the right house takes seconds. We come the day after you call, so tell us which of the streets you are on.
Flooded homes deserve extra attention to everything behind an appliance: outlets, gas fittings, water lines and vent ducts. Silt left in ducts and corrosion in electrical boxes can stay hidden for months. When a repair touches any of that, we tell you whether a plumber or an electrician should handle it.

Look at the outlet and the cord behind it for discoloration, and make sure the unit sits level. If the temperature wanders, we test the sensor and fan.
Near the river, a raised base keeps the lower panel and control board above minor water and makes cleaning underneath easier. We can advise on stable options.
Diagnosis, a price on paper, and the repair once you agree. We also look at the connections behind the unit and flag anything that needs a plumber or an electrician.
