JennAir refrigerators, wine columns, ice makers, cooktops and wall ovens on Oak Island are part of what we repair. Use the booking form or ring us, and a block of three hours is reserved once we know your street.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
The 2010 census was the first to list Oak Island as a place of its own, and its students go to Anahuac schools. On September 13, 2008, Ike left nearly nine in ten houses unfit to live in.
That rebuilding means many kitchens are younger than the surroundings suggest, and some carry premium built-ins. Knowing where each JennAir unit sits and whether the house is raised lets the technician pack for steps and tight access.
East Chambers County gets most of its water through the Trinity Bay Conservation District, which counts Oak Island among its stops. River water for the system comes from the Chambers-Liberty Counties Navigation District and gets treated in the West plant at Anahuac.
Treated surface water still leaves a mineral film in an ice maker or a dishwasher inlet. On a JennAir refrigerator or ice maker we swap the water filter first, then inspect the inlet valve when the flow stays thin.
Breezes off Trinity Bay carry salt that coats condenser coils, rusts vent hoods and loosens screws on anything outdoors. Placing an appliance farther from an open door or bay-facing window slows the damage.
Grilles on a column refrigerator or wine unit need frequent cleaning in this air. When crust builds up, the compressor labors, so we vacuum the coil, spin-test the fan and look for green or white corrosion on the connectors.
Many houses along the bay stand on pilings, and the ground level or space underneath often shelters a chest freezer or second refrigerator. Kitchens redone after Ike tend to hold newer built-ins.
Any JennAir unit kept below the living floor belongs on blocks with airflow around it and a GFCI outlet behind it. A panel-ready refrigerator that has shifted on a settling floor can need hinge and leveling adjustment.
The only way in runs through Anahuac, so Oak Island calls are bundled with Anahuac and Wallisville stops, landing the next day or later that week. Let us know if the house is raised, how many steps climb to the door and where the appliance stands. A shot of the model plate helps too.
Salt and surge water leave corrosion on boards and connectors that looks small but keeps a cooktop or oven from starting. We check supply, connectors and controls, then the heating or cooling parts. A GFCI that trips or an outlet that looks burned belongs to an electrician, and a valve that drips belongs to a plumber.

Near the bay it is usually salt mixed with dust, and it blankets the coil. We clean it, test the condenser fan and check the wiring for corrosion before suspecting the compressor.
It can work when the unit is raised, ventilated and plugged into a GFCI outlet. Salt and heat wear it faster, so we inspect the seal and coil and suggest changes.
They ride along with Anahuac and Wallisville trips, typically the next day or later that week. A written quote follows diagnosis, and finished repairs carry our 30-day workmanship cover.
