This longer message on JennAir RISE and NOIR built-in coffee systems, such as the JJB6424, appears when the water tank was removed during coffee runoff or there is air in the waterline. Put the tank back and press OK. The display will show HOT WATER and dispense hot water, after which the system is ready for use again. Replace the tank and the system recovers by itself.
1. Put the water tank back in place and push it in as far as it will go. 2. Press OK. 3. Wait while the display shows HOT WATER and the system dispenses hot water. 4. When it finishes, the system is ready. 5. If the message returns, call us.
Removing the tank while coffee runs off can let air into the waterline, which is one reason this message shows. Seat it all the way in.
The display shows HOT WATER and hot water is dispensed. Afterward, the system is ready for use again. No other steps are needed. The cycle takes only a short while.
Leave the tank in place while a drink brews. If it keeps happening, call us and we will check the system with a written price first.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
