On JennAir RISE and NOIR built-in coffee systems such as the JJB6424, GROUND TOO FINE ADJUST MILL means the ground coffee is too fine, so the coffee runs off too slowly. Check that the tank is seated. Turn the grinding adjustment knob one click toward number 7 while the grinder is running. Press OK on the alarm several times to reset. The message clears once the grind is coarser.
1. Check that the water tank is seated fully. 2. While the grinder is running, turn the grinding adjustment knob one click clockwise toward number 7. 3. Press OK on the alarm several times to reset or restart the coffee maker. 4. Brew again. 5. If the alarm stays, call us.
One click toward number 7, rotating clockwise while the grinder is running. Do not move it more than one click at a time. Small steps work best.
Too fine a grind makes coffee run off too slowly, which triggers this message. A coarser setting lets the water flow through at the right speed.
Click OK in response to the alarm several times to reset or restart the coffee maker. Then brew again and check the flow. Tell us if it keeps returning.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
