The JGCP748H is a RISE 48-inch gas rangetop with four burners, a grill and a griddle. Variants JGCP748HL and JGCP748HM are covered too. It suits a kitchen that wants every cooking style at one counter.
The griddle and the grill produce the most grease, so we begin with them: igniter spark, flame shape and heat across the plate. Next the four burners are cleaned and tested, and then the valves.
