JennAir JJW3430D Black Glass Oven

The JJW3430D is a 30-inch electric single wall oven with a black floating-glass front, also sold as the JJW3430DB, JJW3430DP and JJW3430DS. It usually goes into a matched cabinet stack above a warming drawer or beneath a built-in microwave.
With V2 vertical dual-fan convection, two fans move the air, so a failing bearing in either one will show up as noise or lopsided browning. The dark glass door is also heavy, and its hinges carry that load every time you open it.
We listen to the fans with the oven running, test the sensor against a probe thermometer, then look at the door alignment. You receive the price in writing before we touch a part, and the repair comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
There are two fan motors, and either one can fail or load up with grease. We run each one separately, so you pay to replace only the fan that is actually bad.
A loose door lets heat escape and can strain the glass. We recommend stopping use until the hinges are checked, and we can usually replace worn hinge parts in one visit.
We use standard service tools, but the glass front is handled carefully with protective covers so it does not scratch. Most work happens from the front, with the oven staying in its cabinet.
