The TC607X is a 15-inch electric trash compactor designed to accept a custom panel, so it blends with the cabinet doors beside it. The extra weight of a panel can strain the drawer slides over time, which is why we often start with alignment.
Our checks run from the outside in: drawer track and panel fit, then the latch and safety switch, then the drive and motor, then the odor filter. A drawer that does not close squarely will not complete a cycle, so alignment often solves what looks like a motor problem. We also make sure the drawer closes with an even gap around the panel edges, because a panel that rubs the neighboring doors can keep the drawer from latching fully.
