Mission Bend owners rely on us for JennAir refrigerators, wine columns, cooktops, wall ovens and dishwashers. Reach us by phone or the website, and a block of three hours is saved for you.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
The 1990 census was the first to list Mission Bend as a place, by which time 24,945 people lived there after a surge through the 1980s. Since 2010 the count has barely moved.
With so little new building, nearly every house has already seen one appliance swap-out. A JennAir upgrade here tends to mean fitting new built-ins into compact 1980s cabinetry, so we measure first.
Utility districts supply the water. Mission Bend MUD No. 1 covers about 670 acres in both counties and provides groundwater, while MUD No. 2, formed in 1977, takes the roughly 738 acres lying in Harris County.
Both publish yearly reports. We read the one for your street before adjusting dishwasher or ice maker settings on a JennAir unit.
Flat terrain by the county line leaves Mission Bend reliant on ditches and detention built by its districts. Garages often hold the washer and dryer, and rust at a cabinet base is common after a wet week.
After storms we check for damp cords and corroded bases before a test cycle. A wine unit or second freezer in a garage gets the same inspection.
Kitchens from the 1980s were sized for a 30-inch range and a 24-inch dishwasher. An extra refrigerator or a chest freezer frequently lives in the garage too.
A JennAir undercounter or column unit is a tight fit in cabinetry that small. We check clearance, the circuit and the water line before ordering.
The area is bracketed by Highway 6 and the Sam Houston Tollway, and a METRO Park and Ride lot sits inside it. Our Southwest Houston routes pass nearby, so we often arrive within hours and otherwise the next morning. George Bush High School, which serves the Fort Bend side, is a useful landmark when you give directions.
With houses between 35 and 45 years old, the hookups behind the appliances show their age. Gas ranges may still use rigid or older flexible connectors, and garage dryer vents often run long and kinked. A tired gas line is a job for a plumber, and an overloaded circuit is for an electrician.

Turn the burner off and ventilate. Have a plumber check the connector and line, and call us afterward to test the burners and valves.
Often a counter-depth or undercounter model works. We measure the opening, the door swing and the circuit, then give you a written plan.
Often, if you call early in the day; otherwise the next day is typical. A written price is given before any work begins, and our repairs are backed for 30 days.
