We repair JennAir refrigerators, wine columns, cooktops, wall ovens and hoods in Pecan Grove. Ask for a date by phone or online and we send back a window of three hours.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
The first land deal came in 1973, when Bruce Belin and Associates took about 1,450 acres; houses began rising five years later. Known first as Pecan Grove Plantation, the community reached 9,502 residents by 1990 and 22,782 by 2020.
Most houses are late-1970s to 1990s ranch and traditional designs on larger lots. Cabinet cutouts predate JennAir built-in sizes, so we measure before any order.
Water, wastewater and drainage across about 1,370 residential acres fall to the municipal utility district formed in 1975. It also maintains a levee, a duty that few MUDs nearby carry.
Mixed old and new plumbing leaves scale and weak valves. We check inlet screens and shut-offs when a JennAir dishwasher or ice maker is serviced.
Along the southwest side runs the Brazos, held back from the streets by the district's levee. The district posted updates in May 2024 as it tracked a crest forecast at 45.2 feet on the Richmond gauge.
After storms and rising water, we advise checking garage freezers and wine units for damp bases. We inspect the controls and cabinet floor before restoring power.
Redone kitchens typically show slide-in ranges, new dishwashers and counter-depth refrigerators. In some original homes the old wall oven cabinet now holds a newer single or combination oven.
A JennAir wall oven in an old cabinet needs matching dimensions and a circuit that supports it. We check both and the vent path before connecting.
A 27-hole golf course and country club belong to the community, and numerous homes overlook a fairway or pond. FM 359 and the Westpark Tollway bring us in, and since it lies past the inner suburbs, visits are normally set for the following day. Tell us about any gate or club rules when you book.
These houses are 30 to 45 years old, and their kitchens were typically updated a piece at a time. Beside a new dishwasher, the original shut-off valve is frequently the part that gives out. A valve that will not close calls for a plumber, and a scorched outlet calls for an electrician.

Stop turning it. A plumber should replace the valve before we reconnect the supply line.
Often with trimming. We measure the opening and the circuit, and a carpenter can handle the cabinet work.
Occasionally, but next day is normal, and we often combine it with Richmond and Rosenberg calls. Repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.
