JennAir Wall Oven Code FC E6: Wi-Fi power module

What FC E6 means

Wall ovens in the JennAir JJW series, including the JJW2427DS and JJW9830DDP, show FC E6 when there may be a problem with the Wi-Fi power module or the associated wiring. This is a connectivity code: the part that feeds the wireless board is not responding as expected. Baking and broiling usually continue, while app features are unavailable until the oven is reset or repaired.

1. Turn off the breaker feeding the wall oven and wait a full minute. 2. Turn it back on. 3. Leave the oven alone for a minute and see whether the code reappears. 4. If it clears, reconnect the oven in your app if needed. If FC E6 returns, stop trying resets and call us.
