With five sealed brass burners and an 18,000 BTU PowerBurner, the JGC7530B is a 30-inch gas cooktop meant for serious cooking. It is also sold as the JGC7530BP and JGC7530BS. The sealed design keeps spills out of the burner base, but the burner caps and igniters still need regular attention.
