The JJW3830I is a NOIR 30-inch double wall oven that carries V2 dual-fan convection, with the JJW3830IL and JJW3830IM sold under the same base. Homeowners usually find it in a tall custom cabinet, where service access is only from the front.
Two cavities, each with a pair of convection fans, give the oven four motors that can wear in different ways. The lower oven tends to take the most abuse, so that is where we expect to find a tired element or a sensor reading off.
