JennAir cooktops, wall ovens, dishwashers, built-in refrigerators and wine units in Midtown apartments and townhomes are what we fix. Phone us or submit the form, and we hold a window of three hours, often today.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
Victorian houses covered this land around 1906, when it was shared by the Third and Fourth Wards. Then, in 1995, a tax increment zone later helped draw townhomes and apartment complexes, especially westward, where some old houses still stand.
Narrow townhome kitchens wedge a JennAir range or dishwasher between cabinets, with almost no room to slide it out. We work out access first, then guard the floor and counters as the unit comes forward.
Midtown taps are fed with City of Houston water, which is mainly treated lake and river water, blended with a little groundwater. Supply lines in apartments and townhomes are often PEX, ending in small shut-offs within easy reach.
That access makes water checks fast on a JennAir dishwasher or ice maker. We close the supply, test the flow at the valve, and clear the building as a cause before we open the appliance.
All summer, a refrigerator in a townhouse kitchen with a west-facing window works harder, and heat is Midtown's everyday strain. Beryl's long outages in 2024 showed how quickly food spoils when compressors sit idle.
A built-in JennAir refrigerator in such a kitchen wants clearance around the grille and clean coils. We look at airflow and sensors, and after a blackout we confirm the compressor starts up properly.
New Midtown buildings are packed with small kitchens, where counter-depth refrigerators and gas ranges fit narrow runs. Laundry gets squeezed into closets and alcoves.
A counter-depth refrigerator leaves little room behind for the water line, and a kinked line often explains thin ice. Line and panel fit come before parts on our list.
Midtown sits minutes from our inner-Loop routes, and we know the blocks around Bagby, Gray and McGowen well. In an apartment building, tell us if the leasing office has to sign off or hand over a key. Please also name the nearest visitor spot or loading zone.
A range or built-in oven shoved against the wall can crush its gas or power connection, so we check clearances whenever a unit is pulled out. If a door drags on the neighboring cabinet, the appliance has usually shifted and needs to be re-secured. When a gas odor shows up as we move a range, a plumber or the gas utility has to inspect the line before we go on.

Either of you may book, but the owner's consent to work on the unit is required. Many tenants book first and forward our written quote to the landlord for a yes.
Commonly the pan is too small, a spill has hit the controls, or airflow beneath is blocked and the top is overheating. In a snug cabinet we look at clearance and the cooling vents first, then the touch panel.
Most days, yes; Midtown is inside the Loop. You see a price on paper after diagnosis, and a 30-day warranty stands behind the work.
