The JOESC327TL is a RISE 27-inch single wall oven that has MultiMode convection and Air Fry. It is the natural fit for a compact kitchen where a single oven sits above a drawer or a storage cabinet.
Air fry mode relies on strong airflow, so a fan with dirty blades shows up quickly as limp fries or pale wings. The sensor also lives in that airflow and can coat with oil, so it reads a little off and the oven reacts with the wrong temperature.
