JennAir JOESC730R V2 Oven Repair

The JOESC730R is a RISE 30-inch single wall oven using V2 vertical dual-fan convection, with JOESC730RL and JOESC730RM sold under the same base number. It sits happily in a full-height tower or over a counter-height drawer unit.
Because two vertical fans circulate the air, the oven is sensitive to one of them slowing down. The result is a faint difference in browning between left and right, which owners tend to blame on their own baking until the problem grows louder. Fan blades in this style collect a thin film of grease, and cleaning them is part of every convection visit we make.
We find the weak fan by running each motor alone and then check the element, sensor and latch. A written price comes before we begin, and a 30-day workmanship warranty stands behind the repair.
One convection fan may be slower than the other, shifting airflow to one side. We run each fan on its own, clean the blades, and replace the weak motor if needed.
We look at the supply connections, any heat damage on connectors, and the temperature sensor. A freeze under load often comes from a connection rather than the control itself.
A bake element that glows only in sections, or not at all, has usually failed. We test it for continuity and replace it if it reads open.
