What Air Filter Indicator means

On JennAir freestanding French-door refrigerators such as the JFFCC72EFS or JFD2589KES, the air filter indicator is a reminder, not an alarm. After a new Freshflow air filter goes in, the stored filter status has to be reset by hand. The filter icons stay lit until you do it. Once the reset is accepted, the icons turn off and the air filter icon returns to its blue color. Nothing is wrong with cooling.
