JennAir Range Code 1c32: Control board or harness

What 1c32 means

On JennAir electric, gas and dual-fuel ranges with electronic oven control, such as the JES1750FS and JDS1750ML, 1c32 says there may be a problem with the oven control or the associated wiring, the same official reading as 1c31. It is another oven-control check number. When it appears, the control interrupts the cycle, and you may find the oven won't start again until power is cycled.

Will resetting power fix 1c32?

It might clear a one-time upset, but if the code is back, the control or wiring needs testing. A repeat after a reset points to hardware, and waiting usually does not make it go away.

Is gas affected?

On gas or dual-fuel ranges, if you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas utility from outside. Otherwise only the oven function is affected by this code, and the burners work independently.
