We repair JennAir built-in refrigerators, wall ovens, cooktops, dishwashers and hoods in Greenway and Upper Kirby condos and townhomes. Reserve by form or phone, and expect an arrival block of three hours set for your ZIP.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach JennAir diagnostics here.
Kenneth Schnitzer first envisioned Greenway Plaza in the late 1960s, and it went on to become Houston's first mixed-use development. Census counts show about 7,700 homes in buildings with 50 or more units, plus roughly 1,700 detached houses and 1,000 attached townhomes.
Most JennAir calls here therefore pass through lobbies, shared entrances and elevators before reaching a kitchen. We ask for the building, floor and any concierge step before the technician sets out.
Homes here run on City of Houston water. In stacked condos the dishwasher often shares a drain line with the kitchen sink.
A slow-emptying sink may therefore signal a partial clog further down the line, not a failed JennAir drain pump. We check the hose and filter first, then point you to a plumber or building maintenance when the blockage is in a shared line.
Humidity is the everyday summer problem in a district of compact homes. Enclosed closets and small rooms hold moist air, and gaskets stay damp.
On a JennAir wine column or refrigerator, damp air shows up as door-seal moisture and sweating. We check the gaskets, vents and clearance around the cabinet before testing the cooling system.
Townhomes built in the last two decades often combine a dishwasher, a gas range or cooktop and a wall oven, with laundry on an upper floor. Condo units more often settle for compact 24-inch laundry.
A wall oven carried up townhome stairs needs a plan for the route, so we ask for the model and the floor. In a condo, cutout depth and the gas or electric connection are the first things we measure.
Greenway Plaza and Kirby Drive form the center of an area that stretches between Westheimer and Bissonnet. Levy Park in the middle of Upper Kirby makes a handy landmark for directions. Name a guest space if your shared driveway has no room, and add the building, floor and any concierge step.
Upper-floor townhome kitchens put wall ovens and refrigerator columns up stairs, where a wrong part means a second climb. That is why the technician reads the stored error and tests the supply before anything is ordered. A shared building drain or a tripping circuit goes to a plumber or electrician first.

Not always. Condo dishwashers often drain through the sink line, so test the sink first; if it is slow too, the clog is downstream and may belong to building maintenance. If the sink runs clear, we test the drain pump.
Humid air in a closed room can condense on cold surfaces. Wipe the seals, keep the vents clear and leave space around the cabinet, and if moisture returns we inspect the gasket and door alignment.
Put the building name, floor and concierge steps in your booking, plus a number we can call on arrival. We also give you the technician's name so the desk can expect them.
