Behind older cabinets in remodeled homes there can be a stubborn shut-off or a tired supply line that starts leaking once touched. We move them carefully and suggest a plumber if one needs replacing. After a power surge, try the breaker, and call an electrician if a display stays dark or the breaker trips again.
