The JUD24FCARS combines a refrigerator drawer and a freezer drawer in a 24-inch under-counter body. Placed beneath a counter, it is easy to forget until the temperature changes, which is why many of the calls we receive start with food that no longer feels cold.
A good first test is to read the temperature of each drawer against the control setting. If the freezer is warm, we check the evaporator for frost and the fan for ice. If the refrigerator drawer is off, we inspect the seal and sensor. The lower grille and condenser are cleaned at the same visit.
