JennAir JDTS3924S Dishwasher with Third Rack Repair
The JDTS3924S is a RISE-line 24-inch built-in dishwasher with a third rack, rated at 39 dBA. It is sold under the JDTS3924SL, JDTS3924SM and JDTS3924SP numbers as well.
The third rack is a shallow tray above the upper rack, and its rails see the most handling. They can stick or jump the track, and the tray can crack from heavy loads. The spray arm feeding it also clogs with minerals. Tall pots and long utensils loaded against the third rack tend to bend its rails, so we also look at how the loads sit. Cracks in the tray itself are repaired by replacing the rack, which we price before ordering. Owners of the L, M and P versions get the same service.
