What E63 means

E63 appears on JennAir over-the-range microwave hoods like the JMV9196CS and JMV8000 series when the oven sensor circuit reports a shorted condition to the control board. Official guidance lists the sensor, the appliance control board and the associated wiring. Owners may find heating stops, or the display shows E63 as soon as a heated cycle begins. You may also see it come up immediately after pressing Start for a heated cycle.
