JennAir JDD4000AWS Dishwasher Drawer Repair
The JDD4000AWS is a dishwasher drawer, and the same model was sold as the JDD4000AWS3. You find one installed alone or two stacked as a pair, each with its own cycle control.
A drawer works differently from a tub with a hinged door. The weight rides on slides, and the seal runs all around the drawer front, so a drawer that is out of square lets water out at the corners. In a pair, one drawer can fail while the other runs fine. That split design is why a drawer problem can be mechanical, electrical or both, and we test each side separately.
