JennAir JJW2427L NOIR Oven Repair

Part of the NOIR design line, the JJW2427L is a 27-inch electric single wall oven with MultiMode convection and a floating black glass front. It is also sold as the JJW2427LL and JJW2427LM, and it is usually built into a dark cabinet run or alongside other NOIR pieces.
Black glass shows every fingerprint, but what interests us is what sits behind it. We test the convection fan, the sensor, the door lock, and the controls in that order, measuring each against known values instead of guessing. You get a written price before we start, and a 30-day workmanship warranty covers the repair. Because the glass front is heavy, we use two hands and padding whenever the oven has to slide forward in its opening, and we put everything back as we found it.
We cover the glass with padding and work from the front or through the access panel. The finish is handled carefully the whole time, and we wipe it clean before we leave.
A slow convection fan or a drifting sensor is the typical reason. We test both against a reference thermometer, then replace only the part that reads wrong.
Turn the breaker off for a minute and on again. If the controls do not recover, call us, and we will check board power and the panel connection.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
