JennAir JJW3430W Culinary Center Oven

The JJW3430W is a 30-inch electric single wall oven that adds a Culinary Center on the control, and it is also sold as the JJW3430WP and JJW3430WS. It is usually built into a standard cabinet cutout above a drawer or under a counter-height slot.
Since the oven adjusts cooking time and temperature from the choices you enter, it leans heavily on a good sensor. When that probe drifts, the preset results change without any warning, and cooks start blaming the settings. The twin fans and the element are checked right after.
We read the sensor against a thermometer, run the fans one at a time, and then confirm the lock mechanism. A written price comes first, and the 30-day workmanship warranty covers whatever we install.
Often the control is fine and the sensor is reporting a wrong temperature, so the guided settings land off target. We compare the sensor with a probe thermometer before blaming the board.
You should hear steady fan noise and feel moving air when convection starts. If food browns lopsided or the noise is rough, we test both motors separately and clean the blades.
Self-clean runs very hot, and the lock motor takes the strain. If the door stays locked afterward, we can test the latch and switch and replace only the failed part.
