The JLRP536WP is a 36-inch Pro-Style LP range with a griddle and MultiMode convection. It pairs the precision of gas on top with consistent oven heat, and it is meant for kitchens running on propane.
The griddle changes what we look for. Drippings can reach the burner below it, so we clean and inspect that burner and igniter, then watch the flame across the length of the plate.
