JennAir JPIFC736R NOIR 36-inch Induction Range Service

The JPIFC736R is a NOIR 36-inch professional induction range with magnetic induction elements. Units labeled JPIFC736RL or JPIFC736RM use the same design. The wider cooktop makes it popular in kitchens where several pans run at once.
With a wider induction surface there are more zones sharing electronics and cooling, so a problem in one corner can affect others. We test every zone with magnetic cookware, listen to the fan, and check the power connections underneath. After the cooktop, we read the oven sensor, test the bake element and examine the door seal. A written price is given before parts are ordered, and our repair carries a 30-day warranty. Tell us which zones misbehave and with which pans, since that pattern guides our tests. We also vacuum dust from the cooling intake when we can reach it, because restricted airflow causes shutdowns long before an element actually fails.
Zones that share a generator or a power path can fail together. We test the shared electronics and the connections before testing each element on its own.
The glass warms from the hot pan, so it can stay hot for a while. If a zone stays hot with no pan, stop using it and call us to inspect it.
Like any induction range, it needs magnetic cookware with a flat base. If a pan that works elsewhere is rejected, we test the zone's sensing and power parts.
