JennAir JDSP536H NOIR Steam Assist 36-Inch Range Service
The JDSP536H is a 36-inch dual fuel range with four burners, a griddle and steam assist, from the NOIR line in floating black glass. It is also sold as JDSP536HL and JDSP536HM, and it suits kitchens that cook on the griddle and bake with steam.
Steam assist adds a water path to the oven, so we check that along with the usual points: burners and igniters, the griddle for even heat, and the oven sensor. Scale in the water path is a known cause of weak steam, so it is one of the first things we look for.
